At Perigiali you will enjoy the flavors of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Our rich menu may satisfy even the most demanding guests, since it includes a large variety of dishes of meat, fish, seafood and pasta.

All the products and the ingredients that we use are of high quality, always fresh and we are getting them from the local market of Santorini.

SPECIALITIES

From our traditional cuisine, you should try Moussaka (potatoes, eggplants, beef and pork mincemeat in red sauce and béchamel cream on the top), Lamp “Kleftiko” (with vegetables and Greek yogurt, slowly cooked in the oven).
Among our Gourmet dishes you shouldn’t miss our Fava beans with octopus in spicy red sauce, the Fresh salmon cooked in mandarin sauce and the Sea Bass fillet with caramelized vegetables.

For meat lovers there are special options like the Lamb chops (portion), Beef steak or Pork steak, Lamb cooked in the oven with potatoes and pork knuckle.

To our guests who are fond of seafood we recommend the Aegean Lobster, Seafood souvlaki (mussels, shrimp, octopus, calamari, onion and peppers), Grilled calamari, Grilled sardines, Perigiali seafood mix for 2 persons (swordfish, fillet, 2 shrimps, 2 mussels, octopus, 1 calamari, fried potatoes, rice and salad).
